Capstone Experience

Innovation, not memorization, drives progress. Students must have access to purposeful, clear curriculum that is taught through inquiry, exploration, experience, discovery, application and reflection.

The Capstone is a required for graduation from AAI. All high school students will participate in the Capstone experience, which will include: the grade-level project, a capstone reflection paper, the development of a digital portfolio, and the demonstration of mastery of knowledge and skills in an oral defense presentation. Junior high students will participate in a scaffolded version of this capstone, in preparation for entering high school.
