AAI culture is collaborative throughout. Nurturing administrators have intentionally created an environment where every human is honored, respected, and seen. Not only do they train and teach this way of being, but they also model it with lives of servant leadership. If actions speak louder than words, then the staff and administration invite compassion, cooperation, and an outward mindset where students will thrive.
